CODY'S FAREWELL




Cody's mission farewell was held on March 8th, 2009 at the Thompson home. Many friends showed up to show cody their love and support as he begins a new leash in life by serving his Lord in Forth Worth Texas. Our love, prayer and support goes out to him.
Cody will be spending his first night with the Rowan family in American Fork Utah. Thanks to brother Rowan for seeing that Cody gets to the MTC on Wednesday morning, and special thanks to him and his family for having Cody.

    Hope you are doing OK with Cody's departure for his mission. We all love your family and just know that he is going to be an awesome missionary!

    Cody got to Utah safe and sound! He and Ryan just left for the MTC about 30 minutes ago...10:30 am Mountain time. 12:30 PA time. Ryan spent the morning talking about life in the MTC. Cody thought it was pretty crazy that all of our neighbors are members and in our ward. Our ward boundaries are just a 3-4 block range. CRAZY UTAH! He is going to be a great Missionary and he is so excited to serve the Lord in this calling. We wish him the very best and we had a great time with him. We were honored and happy to have him here and help out with getting him to the MTC. Ryan is taking lots of pics. I'll email them this afternoon! Lots of love.

    My love and prayers to Cody as he ventures forth and to my sister Karen and family,we're here if you need us. Just keep in mind he's going to be awsome at all he does in life because that's Cody. Love Aunt Clara
